OOTD- Summer Outfit

Hello!

I'm really sorry I didn't post this last night as I said I would. The camera I used isn't mine and I couldn't get the images uploaded so I had to wait until my dad got home and fixed it for me (Thanks dad!).

I wanted to do this because I love OOTD posts and I was quite pleased with my outfit that day. I don't tend to wear a lot of bright colour's or really much colour at all. I wear a lot of Navy, Black, Grey, White etc. My outfits don't look dull or boring! But they're not usually bright clothes.

Anyway, I'm starting to ramble. Here's my outfit :)

Apologies for how big my hips look, this photo is really unflattering.

It's a pretty simple outfit but looks really summery :D I didn't even plan for the outfit to look this bright and summery but it did and I love it!

What I'm Wearing:

Dr. Martens- Ankle Boots. I've already told you about these but If you don't know, here's the quick version. I got them on a sale for £60 (that's pretty cheap for Dr. Martens!) and I love wearing them because of how unique and stylish they are! :D

Sainsburys Trousers- I got these about a month ago and haven't worn them much. I don't know why, but I usually don't feel confident wearing bright clothes. However I love wearing these, I think they are perfect for summer and I can't wait to wear them with other clothes!

Zara T-Shirt- I got this in a sale and am so glad! I am so happy I have it because I think it goes with so much in my wardrobe. It's perfect for summer and is really light weight so it stops me from getting too hot in this heat :D

Etsy Scarf- I got this a while ago and can't stop wearing it! It is an amazing thing to have because it makes anything I wear look more stylish and unique (like the Dr. Martens!). I got this from a seller in Brooklyn, NY (YAY!!!!!!) and it's one of my favourite accessories :)

Wristwear- This is a collection of bracelets from Burton and Topman. I don't think I'm going to be wearing them much longer as one has already broke and I have two other bracelets that I'll hopefully get soon that will go perfectly with each other (I'll post about them when I get them because I am SOOOOO exicted!!!!! :D).

I hope you've enjoyed reading this post! Please follow me on all my accounts so you can keep up to date with my day to day life as well as this blog! Also please follow me on GFC (Google friend connect, it's at the side) by clicking join this site. I'm doing a 100 Followers Giveaway! as soon as I reach 100 followers on it! :D

100 Followers Giveaway!

Hi!

I'm really excited to post about this so I apologise for all the explanation marks!!!!! I LOVE giveaways! I think they are so cool and a great way to show readers that you appreciate their support. I know I've only been blogging for just over two months, but I have literally no patience, and as soon as I decided to do this, I wanted to tell you guys all about it!

Because this is my first giveaway, It's going to be for readers in the UK only. I hope you'll be okay with this as I'm not confident about how these work and haven't got lots of money right now for buying the products and paying postage. However, if this giveaway goes well and I get a decent amount of entries, then I will be doing more giveaways that will be better and will include more countries :D

I'm not doing this giveaway right now (as the title suggests). I'm going to do it when I reach 100 followers on GFC (Google Friend Connect). I've currently got 7 members and I'd like to say thank you to all of them for following me on it :) I think you only have to have a Google account and you just click on Join This Site. It's really easy and would mean an incredible amount to me :)

I don't know exactly what I'll be giving away right now because I don't know how long it will take to get to 100 followers, and there may be some new products out by then :) It will be beauty products though so stuff like Skincare or Haircare etc.

I'm going to do a more informative post when It comes to the giveaway including what you have to do to enter (it's gonna be really simple!), but until then I really hope you'll follow me on GFC :)

If you have any questions, please leave me a comment or tweet me :)

My Fragrance Collection!

Hello!

I know this is quite a popular thing to blog/vlog about and I thought it would be interesting for me to do it!
All the bloggers/vloggers I've seen do this are female, so I think it'll be interesting to see a male bloggers fragrance collection. I'm also planning on posting wishlists! I think there'll be interesting as well as you don't tend to see many male bloggers wish lists...or that many male bloggers at all!

This is one of my favourite all time fragrances! The Calvin Klein 'Eternity' fragrances for both men and women are phenomenal. These fragrances smell so fresh and natural, and also include other scents that make these my favourite fragrances! Seriously, I'd recommend to anyone to try & buy.

I absolutely love this fragrance! One of it's main ingredients is Sandalwood, I absolutely love the smell of Sandalwood, It's one of my favourite natural smells. Another great thing is that this fragrance is by Avon, Avon products aren't designed to be expensive so to find such an affordable fragrance that I love is fantastic! I've had quite a few compliments of how nice this smells when I've been wearing it (which always brightens your day) :)

I don't wear a lot of fragrances like these, but a few years ago its price was dropped for a bit and was only £4! Even at that price I wouldn't waste money on a fragrance I don't like, and I was pleased to discover that I liked this wonderfully cheap fragrance! It may not be designer, but It has a clean, fresh smell which is exactly what I look for in a fragrance.

Again, I saw that this was quite a cheap fragrance for £8 so I tried & buyed. I was really dissapointed though when I got home as it smelt quite sickly sweet after being sprayed. I sprayed some for my friends and they agreed it wasn't a pleasant scent. :(

This is the fragrance I got given in an amazing goodie bag at the end of my work experience with Boots (See my post/haul here). To be honest, It's not a fragrance I would have bought myself, but I'm happy they chose this one for me, as after a couple of minutes, this smells really nice. I may have found a new fragrance I like ;)

I got this quite a while ago and haven't worn it for a really long time. I don't think its an expensive fragrance but I don't think its classed as an 'affordable' fragrance.

I was given this fragrance as a part of a gift set by a friend last Christmas. This smells incredible and I love wearing it. I also love the design of the bottle as well, it's really simple yet looks sophisticated and luxurious. This is a gorgeous fragrance so you should definitely try and smell this.

Like the others, I've had this fragrance for quite a while. It's not an expensive fragrance and smells quite nice. I used to wear this constantly and I think my nose just doesn't want to smell it anyone. Whenever I smell this it just puts me off. I think it's because of my constant wearing it though so don't hold back on getting it because of me.

This fragrance is similar to the one above, but is in a different men's range. So the smell is different and I much prefer this one. It smells gorgeous, and again, I've received compliments on how nice this smells :) Plus! It's an affordable fragrance! :D

I got this fragrance some months ago and It's one I wear almost daily. This fragrance is so good because it's exactly what I've been looking for! To me, most men's fragrances smell fake and smell of the chemicals they were made with. However, this fragrance smells really fresh and natural. The Calvin Klein is quite similar but dare I say it, this one might actually be better. Even though Calvin Klein is almost the same, I have to say this smells more natural. Eternity still smells a tiny, weeny bit fake to me. This fragrance is also super cheap from Next (No more than £12 for 100 ml). This is currently my favourite!

I'd love to hear what your favourite fragrance is! Please leave a comment cause I always reply and I'd love to hear your opinions :)

Thanks for reading!

Leibster Blog Award!

Yesterday I could not believe it when I received a comment on my latest post from KAYLALISCIOUS saying that she had nominated me for the Leibster Blog Award. If your another blogger you'll understand how amazing it feels to get recognition for your blog, I myself didn't understand how much work a blog takes until I started one myself!

The Leibster Blog Award is basically a way to get newer bloggers more recognition. It works like this, each Blogger who is nominated must nominate another 11 bloggers with under 200 followers, then they must link back to them and include them in a blog post similar to this one, but on their own blog. This way, they're readers can visit these blogs and so the blogs visited gain more readers! I know that might sound a bit complicated.

Here are the rules:

1) You have to link back to the person that nominated you.

2) You must answer the 11 Leibster questions given to you by the person who nominated you.

3) You have to nominate another 11 bloggers who have under 200 followers (I'm going off under 200 followers on GFC cause that seems to be the most important in blogging).

4) You have to come up with 11 other questions for your nominees.

5) You have to go to their blogs and notify them that you've nominated them (I was notified by comment so that's what I'm going to do).

6) Some bloggers can also include 11 random facts about themselves but its up to you whether you want to do that or not.

Kayla's Questions:

1) When you were younger, what did you want to be when you were older?

I always wanted to be an Actor/Singer/Dancer, the whole performing arts industry fascinated me. But I think I grew out of that cause I'm now aiming for other careers.

2) If you could have any pair of shoes in the world, what would they be?

In terms of style of shoe, I love boots! But in terms of brand, I'd probably say Christian Louboutin. I know It's a brand a lot of people (who can afford it) tend to wear, but I think the shoes are so unique and unlike regular footwear sold on the high street. That's why I don't wear what everyone else is wearing because I don't like wearing clothes that don't stand out. That's kind of why I don't really wear most trends.

3) What is your favourite shop to buy clothes at?

Probably TK Maxx. They have such a diverse range of products including accessories. clothes, beauty products and more. You can find so much in there and its all a bargain cause its all discounted designer clothes/products. I haven't been there in a while though as I've become obsessed with Zara :D

4) What's is one place you would like to visit?

I would love to visit Australia. It looks absolutely incredible! I'd like to visit places like Sydney and Melbourne but anywhere in Australia would be amazing. I was thinking that I might try and travel around Australia on one of those gap years (I think that's what its called) where you take a year out to go travelling.
I'd probably go to some other places as well :)

5) Do you have any phobias/ fears? If so, what are they?

Yes. Snakes. I can't even think about them cause it makes me uncomfortable.

6) What is your favourite lipstick (brand/ colour) & why?

I don't wear lipstick so I can't answer that :D

7) If you could be any celebrity, who would you be and why?

Lady Gaga. Even though I'm a guy, I think she is the most amazing person in the world. She is such a brave person and has not only changed millions of lives but saved them as well. I saw a YouTube video where some of her fans sent in videos of why they love her. It really shows the effect she has had and I can't tell you how much I love and admire her.

8) What would you buy with (£/$) 1 million?

I'd probably use some it to start a charity of my own. I'd use some of it to get a nice house somewhere. I wouldn't want a big house but somewhere nice. I'd also save some for nice holidays, Christmases as well as friends and families birthdays.

9) Where is your favourite holiday destination?

I haven't been to many places on holiday but my favourite would have to be Devon. My family and I spent some time down there with my Cousins, Grandad and Aunt and Uncle. It was really peaceful and I loved it.

10) If you could have any animal as a pet, what would it be?

A Koala Bear. I think they're so cute.

11) What is the best book you have ever read?

The White Queen. They've made a TV series of it and its currently showing on BBC 1 every Sunday at 9. I love the TV series and the book is just as good.

11 Random Facts About Me!

1) I auditioned for Britain's Got Talent.

2) I hate watching reality TV shows. The people on them annoy me so much.

3) I have just over 8 months left of high school.

4) I'm a cat and dog person, I suppose I'm a cog person :D

5) My favourite breed of cat is Ragdolls.

6) I was born and still live in England and have never been to London.

7) My favourite YouTubers are Tanya Burr, Jim Chapman and Fleur DeForce.

8) I love eating smoked salmon.

9) I love travelling, even if it's just a long car journey to somewhere I've never been before.

10) I did my work experience at Boots.

11) I'm really bad at Geography.
